I am accepting new clients!
I help clients by creating a safe, supportive, and consistent therapeutic space where children and adolescents feel comfortable being themselves. I specialize in working with young clients who experience challenges with emotional regulation, anxiety, trauma, and behavior, and I focus on building strong therapeutic relationships while meeting each client at their developmental level.
My approach is trauma-informed and developmentally appropriate. I help clients identify emotions, build coping skills, and improve communication using play, creativity, and practical strategies that support self-expression and skill-building. I also collaborate with caregivers and schools when appropriate to support progress across home and school environments.
I approach each client with curiosity, compassion, and respect for their unique experiences. I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming for both children and caregivers, and I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space from the very first interaction. My goal is to partner with families to help children and adolescents feel understood, supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges.
