I am currently not accepting new clients.

With extensive experience across diverse settings—including a variety of medical settings, palliative care, physical and neurological rehabilitation, memory care, residential and outpatient mental health, forensic psychiatric facilities, special education, autism centers, and day programs—and with experience across all ages, I bring a wealth of knowledge and adaptability to my work as a mental health therapist. I have experience leading both individual and group sessions, facilitating therapeutic conversations, and providing care that supports emotional well-being. As a board-certified music therapist (MM, MT-BC), I integrate a creative and dynamic approach into therapy, fostering unique connections with clients.

Empathy is central to my practice, and I provide a supportive, non-judgmental, and inclusive space. My humanistic approach supports me in tailoring interventions for clients as unique individuals. I continually seek education to expand my cultural competence and recognize how diverse cultural identities shape individual experiences. I strive to ensure every client feels valued, understood, and seen. If you’re looking for a therapist who combines creativity, experience, humility, and compassion, I would love to connect with you.
