I help my clients thrive by using games, movement, and creativity to support emotional regulation and expression. Because children are natural movers, I love leaning into this strength through a somatic lens—transforming movement into a powerful, accessible tool for self-awareness and growth. Alongside movement, I incorporate props and art materials to help my clients explore their emotions in ways that are engaging, playful, and developmentally appropriate.
I believe that healing starts with a sense of safety, which I build through gradual rapport and a consistent, empathetic presence. By leading with positivity and authenticity, I aim to model healthy, respectful relationships that foster secure attachment and trust. My practice is a collaborative, supportive space where you can expect to feel seen, heard, and deeply valued.
As a lifelong learner, I am constantly seeking out new modalities to better serve my clients; I am particularly excited about expanding my practice into aquatic therapy in the future. Outside of the therapy room, my passions include dancing and any form of creative expression. Since moving to Colorado, I’ve loved exploring this beautiful state and can’t wait to see more of what it has to offer!
