From a young age, I have wanted to help people, and that passion has guided my journey through various roles as a scientist, teacher, and customer service worker. I have found my true calling in social work, and I am thrilled to bring my dedication to ITSCO, where the mission and approach deeply resonate with me.
I believe that change and mistakes are inevitable, but what matters most is how we respond to them. My goal is to help clients navigate life’s challenges by offering consistent support, honest guidance, and advocacy. I strive to empower clients to reach out for help when needed and to move forward with a plan for growth.
I am inspired by the resilience of humanity—the countless individuals who face struggles unseen by the world yet continue to persevere. What concerns me is the lack of care for others on a global scale, as discrimination and harm toward marginalized groups persist. I hope to remind every client that, at the core, we all share the same needs and desires: to be understood, supported, and valued.
