I offer an EFT background which is based heavily on the therapeutic alliance. So being that person that shows up continuously and creates that safe space for my clients is my main goal. I validate emotional needs, meeting client where they are at, and extending effective resources.

I specialize in trauma, racial identity, behavioral issues, impulse control disorders and mood disorders. My client focus is with preteens and teens. My treatment strategies are trauma focused, multicultural, attachment based, emotionally focused, humanistic, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
