I am currently not accepting new clients.
My passion is working with pre-teens and teenagers. I understand the unique challenges and developmental needs that they face during this critical stage of life. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I teach effective coping skills to help young individuals manage stress, handle emotions, and navigate challenging situations. These skills empower them to make healthier choices and build emotional resilience. I assist clients in developing and maintaining healthy peer relationships, addressing issues such as bullying, social anxiety, and peer pressure. I work with them to improve communication skills and build positive connections.
