For 25 years, I've worked in the field of early childhood education, giving me the chance to assist children in acquiring social and emotional skills. My years in early education and being a single mom have given me a comprehensive understanding of how to deal with obstacles in life. I have gained a deeper knowledge of people of all ages thanks to my devotion and dedication to mental health. I want to promote self-development by using the tools I have acquired from my education and experiences.

To meet the needs of the client, I adopt an integrative strategy. Since every one of us is unique, I can tailor my methods to the demands of each client by drawing from a variety of approaches.
