I am accepting new clients!
I became a counselor after experiencing the life-changing impact of therapy myself as a young girl. That experience taught me the power of feeling heard and supported—something I now strive to offer others through a calm, compassionate, and collaborative approach.
At the core of my work is a commitment to active listening, tuning into both verbal and non-verbal cues, and reassuring clients that they are not alone. I provide a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive environment where clients can feel safe, respected, and empowered.
I’m inspired by resilience and by those who work hard to overcome challenges. I especially enjoy supporting clients as they navigate divorce, learning disabilities, racial identity, trauma, stress, and depression. My goal is to help clients build tools they can use independently and recognize progress when counseling shifts from intensive support to occasional check-ins.
