MENTAL HEALTH FACILITATOR

With a background in emergency medicine, case management, and eating disorder treatment, I’ve seen the impact of the mental health crisis firsthand. These experiences drive my commitment to making a difference.

I became a counselor because I believe mistakes are opportunities for growth. I’m inspired by people's strengths and their resilience in overcoming challenges—everyone has a foundation to build from. At the same time, I recognize how certain family dynamics can contribute to unhealthy habits, and I strive to help clients navigate these patterns.

I joined ITSCO to help expand mental healthcare access for children and adolescents in schools and the community. My approach is holistic and client-centered—I meet individuals where they are, providing support and challenges while empowering them to guide their own journey.

I am accepting new clients!
