I am currently not accepting new clients.
As a therapist, my role is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals with personality disorders to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I can help them understand the underlying causes of their difficulties and work towards developing healthier coping mechanisms and improved interpersonal skills. Treatment often involves long-term therapy, such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) or cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
I also specialize with Major Mental Illnesses. I provide support, education, and therapy tailored to the specific mental illness. I can help clients manage their symptoms, cope with the challenges they face, and improve their overall quality of life.
