I specialize in children, preteens, and teens. I started my career as a school counselor and will always keep room on my caseload for our youth. I started ITSCO to give more school-aged children an opportunity to see skilled, licensed, and dedicated therapists to meet their needs.

I enjoy working with young adults to support with stress management, life transitions, anxiety, and trauma. I truly enjoy building safe, collaborative relationships with my clients and seeing their growth in reaching goals.

I am trained in Brainspotting for trauma and anxiety. I am also trained in Synergetic Play Therapy for emotional and behavioral problems.
